Have any of you seen that late night infomercial for the Presidential $1 coins.

They have some experts on there giving testimony.

I know part of the commercial asks the question why can't you find them in circulation. Their answer was because people grab them up to save them as soon as they get them.

While we all know, you can buy them at face from the U.S. mint and shipped to your house for free.

How can they get away with being so deceptive????

Maybe I am the only one that is up that late? haha

I see it sometimes on CNBC or Bravo; every time they start the commercial, it makes me want to throw something at the TV :)

I dont know what people see in the coins. I have come across several tellers and store clerks that have whole trays of them though and are reluctant to even look at the ones they got (not that I really want them, but I do take thier SBA's). People will use anything to make a quick dollar, the real question is how many of those things do they have to sell to pay for that stupid commercial.
