I got $10 worth of CRWs from a local bank and noticed that they felt kind of heavy, which made me think they were well laden with copper. Upon closer inspection, I realized that all of the rolls had been overstuffed to the point where the wrapper was barely closed. Apparently the person who rolled them couldn't be bothered to count the pennies, so instead just stuffed as many as they could into the wrapper! The first $5 yielded 39 extra cents. The lightest roll contained 52 coins and the heaviest had 55. It's nice to have the balance in my favor for a change, because I've had many light CWRs before. The $5 yielded 140 LMCs along with a wheatie and a 3 Canadian CU cents. I hope the second $5 yields similar results!
Happy sorting everyone.
