I found my first shield pennies last night. Is everyone seeing them in circulation also?
I found about 40 in a 50 dollar cwr bag in montana

2 in Albany NY about a week ago (hand sorter). I've got a bag of 2009 about 300 coins and growing fast lately.
I'm looking for anyone to take these off my hands for face value. May not be worth the postage? I'm not a zincoln collector! |

| just went through a box here in Texas. Id say about 1/3 of the box if not more was brand new shield pennies. 10% copper in that box :( |

I still have not seen any LP4's but then I have not been sorting cents either My friend brought me a shield cent Saturday that he got from a home improvement store. It was pretty, we drank beer. |

I haven't received any in change yet or found any yet in the rolls I search. I'm in Central Florida.
Only this last month did I begin to finally see more of the 2009 pennies with the LP2 being the biggest number of those during my March searches.

1.5 each + shipping over 500fv 1.5 each +1/2 shipping
If you pick up 1.35 each
located MT/ND boarder.
after Ryedale sorting they are hand sorted to remove canadian then rechecked with Ryedale to insure all copper and count out $50 FV then placed in cloth bags and sealed with #1 copper wire. |

| None found here yet in the Chicago region. I asked my source bank tellers about them and she said don't expect any. Apparently, from what she said at least, Illinois had too many pennies in circulation and would not be receiving an influx of new coins. Boo hoo. |
