I know I haven't updated in awhile but just wanted to let you guys know that my son found 2 Indians in his buckets from my mom. He has gone through nine of the buckets and pulled out a bunch of wheats, a bunch of canadian coins and these two IH's. He has not been searching through all the coppers etc but watches as they shoot out the Ryedale and grabs anything different. One is a 1906 and looks good to me... the other is a 1901 and looks crappy.
I'd like to post some pics of the IH's.. I have no idea how to do it! Can someone explain? I don't see anything that says "attach photo".
On another note, I myself am hooked on sorting pennies for sure.. I have a standing order at my bank for $200 per week!
yep that is nice to pull an IH even better to pull two...ya'll are now in the exclusive Indian Head club....be sure to post to the "Indian Head Tracking Thread" Coin grats!
Happy Birthday last Saturday, btw Ok, so your son is only twelve, you may have a few years of a great family unifying hobby before he goes off and loses interest when he discovers girls. You, on the other hand, are doomed Conga rats on the indians!
Thanks guys.. and thanks Beau for the HB... its actually this Saturday and I will be on a cruise... yay! I've also decided that from here on out... I'm 29!
Copper... he does watch both sides as they run through bc they sometimes bounce into the wrong side. I'm guessing he should find more when he looks through the coppers closely.
I forgot to mention that he is about an inch from the top on filling his 3rd bucket with coppers out of the 9 he has done so far. He likes to tease me that I will never catch up with his coppers, I tell him..lets see who gets to a ton first!
We are having a good time with it. Been dumping at Whitney bank..they have tons of branches and I have a business account with them so they don't complain. Once he is finished with the buckets, I will take him around on Saturdays to pick up more. My standing order is through another bank where my personal banking is.
Does the IH tracking thread still count with my son's? They werent' in ciculation, been in those buckets for years.
