So here i am sitting and running through a brinks box of pennies. Putting the coins into a bucket to sort. And without looking i pick up a roll and the plastic roll actually breaks in half so i have the short stack in my hand. I look in and pick up the other half and what do i see, an 1890 IHC top of the other half inside the box...
Funny stuff. IT was an aweful coin, holed and damaged. But the date is clear enough.
