This pile of crap is going to pass because our Republican and Democrat legislators both will pass anything just to say they saved America's healthcare which will be used for the benefit of their re-election - Republicans to say that they fought against it all the way and Democrats to say that it was a hard fought victory. The pandering to people's emotions (as does this call to action on the Capitol steps) on both sides of this issue is just disgusting.
The focus should have been on the practicality of reducing health care costs. This legislation will be a windfall to the healthcare industry.
