Thought I'd repost this, since I didn't get much response, and getthe first post on this sub-forum.
Looking through a foriegn coin lot my aunt gave me today I found a 1918 deutsches reich 1/2 mark-f coin. My grade is au-57.
Does anyone know how valuabe this is?

According to my 2010 telephone book it cats for $20. Lower grade examples cat for $3. Of course you know, things don't really trade for catelog value. Mintage was 4,010,000. So if everybody in China wanted one... |

Also, foreign coins don't generally grade by the American 70-point system. Mainly people just say Good, Fine, Very Fine, Extremely Fine, Uncirculated (or proof, as the case may be). |

Alright, I'm guessing it is extremely fine then, or about uncirculated if it was American. |
