I just bought today my first Liberty Dollar $20.00 silver coin, at one of our local fleamkts in st. louis, mo. I have been wanting to get one of these for awhile. These I think are pretty hard to find unless you become a member, or know somebody who is. They claim 20 million users country wide. I think they are a neat collectable and are a definite history marker for what is going on currently with the value of the u.s. dollar and the suppression of the knowledge of the "real value" of our one cent & five cent coins and the defrauding of the american people by our government by circulating their worthless version of money NOT backed by gold or silver, but purely confidence in ones government. What do you have more confidence in, a one ounce silver coin in your hand or a U.S. Twenty Dollar Bill?

A better questiion to ask is "which do you have more faith in, a paper $20 bill, or a $20 gold coin that at one time WAS and still IS worth at least $20?"

Sorry, but I love silver and gold, but I don't like LD/NORFED tactic.
You know why there's 20 million users? or why there's 20 million in circulation? Because its NONREFUNDABLE. They're good for collecting, but a waste of money to spend as money. I'd rather just hand a silver round bullion and tell them a silver bullion is worth $14-15 if they look online.
And I do have more faith in a $20 because most people are too ignorant to ask the questions. It's good that we're aware of the money problem, but bad to buy into Liberty Dollar, don't waste another penny with them, you have plenty of people waiting to sell off their unusable Liberty Dollars on eBay. |

Be careful how you "dispose" of it. I heard that a couple was arrested recently when offering these for barter. Someone called the cops on them.
