| It is not a good sign because more and more copper pennies will be taken from circulation, and eventually our percentages will drop like a lead weight. We would be doing worse that my average right now! :-) |

do yo think this is bad???? I can understand that you dont want someone taking a sale of yours but, do you think this guy is attracting the same buyers you are looking to attract? I see it is just more eye-opening exposure. I for one think it is a good thing. Until I see percentages take a hit, I say keep it coming. perhaps I will change my tune in the future, but for now, I think the more exposure the better... also, keep in mind that anybody can post on CL...I put ads out all over the country advertising my website, so this guy might not even be near you. |

| I believe with awareness there comes the creation or an increase in demand. Percentages may go down a little sooner than later but those who buy smart, sort smart will be ready to sell sell sell. |

No, not at all. I think that this is a very good thing! The more people that get turned onto copper pennies the better. Myself and others are actively trying to develop a market for copper pennies so the more people that start buying and selling the better.
Do I care that it is right in my backyard? Not at all.
As for people who are worried about percentages going down. It will take some heavy sorting to reduce an areas percentage. Yes, the more people that sort eventually the percentages will come down, but that is why you should actively sorting now! |

Basically, you tell Craigslist "Look, this ad is violating my copyright, you have 48 hours to nuke the ad or I initiate a Copyright Infringement case." |

| Not sure about the DMCA but I recently had a craigslist ad flagged and deleted....I posted an ad for copper pennies, referencing my website for further explanation and pricing..... within 3 minutes of posting it I received an email that said " It is illegal to melt pennies I am going to report you to the authorities" I did not respond, as I figured it was not worth my time or energy to try and explain myself to this person, and if he did go to my website and look, he would have seen a disclaimer stating that we are not advocating melting of pennies....so within an hour of that email I got another email from craigslist saying my ad had been flagged and removed and I could dispute it if I wanted but only 2% of ads were wrongly flagged....I just let it go, didnt even respond. It is unbeleivable to me that people have so much time on there hands that they just try and ruin everyone elses day..go figure |

I offered to buy pennies on craigslist for 1.67 and up per pound. The ad clearly stated a negotiable price starting at 1.67(average weight for current mix of pennies)
I was looking for the legendary sparkletts bottle full.
Within minutes the busybody, moron craigslist dimwits, called me a crook a theif. One guy insisted there were 193 per pound. Within an hour I was "the penny idiot"
Some dic**ead then offered to sell me penny that was probably touched by Elvis for 100.00
I had never experienced craigslist before. This was my first exposure.
After further investigation, I discovered that craigslist is a cesspool, a toliet, a septic leach pit. The folks who run craigslist ought to be ashamed of themselves.
I'd much rather deal with ladies and gentlemen on Realcent. |

I believe that a lot of people get into pennies, and then lose interest. Even though it is "free money", it does require work. Also, many people might sort and then need fast cash and have to dump theri hoard. So what happens to all of those "mini hoards" They get sold to one of us for 1.2 each or They get turned into the bank at face. Either way it is good of us serious penny sorters. |

| I think we underestimate the number of people hoarding in secret. At the time I'm posting there are 4 members online and 17 guests logged in to realcent. |
