I've been thinking about this one for a while and all kinds of kits are out there. Well today I stumbled across this one: You must be logged in to see this link.|3605|75277&N=4040913&Mo=22&No=3&Nr=P_CatalogName:BC&cat=75277&Ns=P_Price|1||P_SignDesc1&lang=en-US&Sp=C&hierPath=3605*75277*&topnav=

Seems to be just what the doctor ordered and not too costly either. And not any of the "weirder" plants that some of the other kits offer. What do you all think?

I saw those seeds listed last week when I was browsing Costco's site. My two cents, I'd feel really uneasy buying big-box-brand seeds for long-term gardening. I wouldn't recommend skimping--buy only bona fide heirloom seeds from established, credible suppliers. The last thing you want is to plant your survival garden and realize that your seed seller screwed you over.

I would also stay with the hybrid seeds the yields should be better and they should grow in more adverse conditions.

But aren't you compromising more than you're gaining in the long-term with hybrid seeds?
