Reading some sorting reports lately and I've noticed members saving different stuff. What is everybody saving from their searches? And, most importantly, would anyone like to make an offer for me to start saving items for them? Going to have alot of time to hand sort with some new work hours and the onset of "COLD" weather! Feel free to PM offers. Right now I just pick out the coppers and the wheats. And any S-mints I find. Anyway, I am curious to what everyone is saving.

Myself,
BU zincs from 82-2002 are not easy to find. I save those because if you have bought any BU rolls you will know that quite a few dates will be puite a bit more expensive then coppers.
I would suggest saving the very high quality zincs, maybe sell a few rolls on Ebay.
If you can put a BU roll of 82p small date zinc together, I will buy that from ya.

It really depends on the condition of the coins, but I like to keep early date memorials 59-69 that I see in BU condition seperate from the general copper. I also keep all S-mints aside, and pick and choose some of the early date zincers 82-95 seperate as well, but I don't want to tie up a lot of money in the zincolns unless they are in absolutely spectacular condition from the 80's and early 90's.
One coin that I have a hard time even getting a single roll of, is the 1982-D-Zinc-Large Date variety, if you can pull together a roll of these, I will buy at a premium, I will also buy any rolls of shinny 1959 pennies P or D mints. |

I dont know your precentagess on Canadian Pennies but have been putting togather a few sets. The quality is not top notch priority, anything that is about average circulated or better with no major dents or scratches will work. Will take all dates you find. Will pay copper price for coppers and a little premium for pre 1960's. These have been really hard to find for me. Would like to buy by the roll, .75 cents a roll for non coppers, copper price for coppers after 1960, and 1.25 a roll for 1950's, and price will go up the older they get. Would like to buy older pennies by sorted date, all rolls of 40's, 50's and 60's, non coppers would be fine in mixed rolls.
Would also buy bulk as well, would like the coppers and zincs seperate. |

Are you only sorting pennies?
If you sort quarters, I'll take any from 1964 or earlier. I'll even pay three times their face value. And a dollar each for any in BU condition!!

Are you doing any sorting Jonas, I have a little deal coming up on some Canadians from a dealer and was still going to give you first shot. I would still take anything you got however it will be later in the year this buy will set me back a little. |

I save copper pennies, 1959 coppers which go in separate storage than newer coppers, wheat pennies and any thing that is before 1964. |
