Ok so my sorting is exceeding my banks want. I bank at one place also my dump witch they dont mind in fact they like it, I bring them nice rolled coins and they dont have to order from the reserve. Ok so my problem, I have generally been picking up a couple of boxes a week from several other banks, which I do not have accounts with and last week they started giving me flack. So I am going to open an account with another bank for my pick up, however I have a problem with them charging me fees for just having a savings account. The going rate is 4$ a month around my town but is generaaly waved if you have more than $1500 in the account, which I have no intentions of. So any suggestions of how to bypass these fees or other places to get boxes, bags are not an option I tried every bank in town and they say no. Im not a big sorter like some of you so any options or suggestions for three boxes a week max would really help me out.

I would check for free checking. This is offered at most banks. Also Credit Unions for the most part do not have fee's or min. balances, just $5 to open.
But I would stay clear of any bank that charge you for an account. |

| I would just keep shopping around. 3 boxes a week shouldn't be a big deal for most banks. Just tell them to add 3 or 4 boxes to their weekly order and you will pick them up each week. Ask what day they would like you to pick them up so they are not taking up space the bank may need and make sure you pick them up. Don't leave them sit until the next week thinking you pick up 8 boxes, they will not like that and probably stop ordering for you. Also do not take back the zincers to supply banks, unless as you stated they would want a couple of boxes of rolled pennies each week. None of my banks will take rolled coins. They have to stand there and break open each roll and feed them through the counting machine. |

| Just ask for CWR's. ( Customer Wrapped Rolls). I picked up $80.00 at a Credit Union that I am NOT a member at. Banks usually want to get rid of the CWR's because like NDFARMER said, they have to break them open to send back. |
