| I have been been a member for 3 weeks but had been reading for a few months but I had originally been directed here after searching for some silver information, reading something about copper and searched that, read a few different sights, then found ryedalecoin sight which got me to coinflation and the realcent forum.... |

Guess I am too well circulated to paricipate in this poll. I originally found RealCent through a google search back in the old pre-ban days when it was legal to melt copper. I had a deal working with my local metals guy for 2 tons, but he wanted me to provide written proof that it was legal to melt the pennies. I knew it was legal, but finding the actual proof was much more difficult than that. The congressional record has not been uploaded to the internet going that far back. After the ban was imposed he told me "I guess you were right all along, but we can't do it now."
I lurked for a few months reading all the posts and eventually had to join just so I could make an occasional post.  |

I read a thread on copper hoarding over on the GIM forum that mentioned realcent and had been lurking here for a few months.
Then I decided to register here yesterday when GIM went down.

Used to list on eBay. I was one of the first ones to develop the market there. With the market coming back some I may have to think about switching into marketing mode again. |

| Definitely was a post in the Kitco silver forum. Someone mentioned about sorting 90% and the next person said, "What the heck? Maybe we should save our copper pennies too?" Within minutes, a post showed up referencing realcent and explained that people are already doing that! That's when I jumped over and spectated for 6 months. I registered today after finding my first IH. |
