I have been really sorting a bunch lately and along with getting some extra dimes in my pennies bags and a few pieces of silver and a hand full of foreign coin I found another Indian to join the tribe; I have run across a few other interesting finds!
Like a lot of you I have found more of the coins were it looks like someone has tried to cut the coin and then put in back in the outer ring.
A science experiment, maybe?
Is this an error coins you think? Would like opinions on this.
Any idea what that stuff is? It kinda looks like somebody spilled molten Pb or Al on it. But then it kinda looks like crumpled and smashed Al foil. Can you get it off?
