I wish I had the bucks to invest in what he refers to as "small amounts"

Don't buy too much physical gold or you will have storage and transportation problems... ya like that is soon going to be a big problem for me.

Even with $1,000,000 of GOLD at $1100/troy ounce, that is just 909 troy ounces of metal. Now 80 pounds of GOLD really isn't too much weight when you compare it to comparables in SILVER or COPPER is it? I guess if you had a $1,000,000,000 of GOLD that might be a problem.

There are other ways to get investment exposure to oil. ETFs such as DBO, DBE, DBC, USO and others that actively manage oil futures.

"But don’t go overboard or else you’ll find yourself with transport and storage issues."

What? Storage issues? Didn't the article just state that ALL the gold ever mined could fit into a cube measuring only 62.3 feet on each side.

Also, what Country said, 1 million is 80 lbs. If you do wind up with 1 Billion in gold and have 80,000 lbs to deal with, I think that you will have enough money to figure something out.

Hey, I never said the guy is perfect. But uncommon wisdom does have some good tips and write-ups from time to time. I don't take as gospel everything that any newsletter writer promotes. Just happened to like his analysis on gold and thought I'd share it.
