Just salvaged a load of crutches. Are these considered extruded aluminum?

I'm pretty sure it's "sheet" aluminum.

Depends. If the tubes are round, it's sheet. I have seen them made out of extruded, they were square tubes, and some looked like little I-beams. Clean them up good, leave no steel in them, you'll do allright.

How did you make out? I just picked up several of these while dumpster diving.
PACK THE FORUM EVERY MONDAY NIGHT
