Hi folks- this is my first post on the nickel board.
Hit a flea market outside Atlanta today and ran across some pre '82 Canadian nickels.
I'm not a nickel guy but have always been intrigued by their purity aspect.
I got 20 at a dime a piece and my question is: Is this a fair price?
It's not that I'm worried about the two bucks its just for reference going forward.
I already had exactly 20 just from pocket change pulls over the years...so now I have my first roll .

"You're not really gonna throw that out...are you"?

I think you did good, as of Friday the melt value is 8.5 US cents each.

I used to sell it for 11 US cents each but in a much larger quantity.

Good work. That's a fair price.
