A Windows password takes all of about 30 seconds to blank, less if you know what you're doing. A BIOS password is better, as the computer will not begin to load the operating system unless you enter the password, but still irrelevant if you pull the hard drive out and plug it into another computer. Then it just shows up like an external hard drive, with all of your files on display. Encrypting specific files is a good start. Encrypting the entire hard drive is a huge pain, but probably the best option. |

I use a nifty program called password agent for all critical info. Worth checking into IMVHO. Here's to hoping Nickelless wins! :-) Cheers! |
The first panacea for a mismanaged nation is inflation of the currency; second is war. Both bring a temporary (and false) prosperity; both bring a permanent ruin. But both are the refuge of political and economic opportunities. |

Not having important anything on a laptop is the way to go. |

So NO ONE from Realcent won?
I know I didn't get my order in every day, but still...... surely one of us could have won something!
I bet it was all a scam!!! :P~
Anyway, it was fun trying. Like the Subway Scrabble game.... I've won Pogo Memberships 4 times now. But that ain't worth nothin to me! |

| I registered for all but 5 of the days. My schedule was so messed up from flying I was trying to register twice a day just to make sure I was in. Alas, no winning for me. I bet they have a better handle on the emails of all their clients, and potential clients now though! |

| I also registered for the contest everyday. I noticed too that no one from alabama won at all either. Oh well, back to having to pay for PM's. |

Hello Everyone.. just saw this thread about the APMEX Great American Coin Giveaway.... So no one from Real Cent won anything... thats odd.
OK - I'm gonna have to talk with the Randomness Department and tell them to be more selective. LOL.
Seriously, the contest was great, we gave away a bunch of SAEs, Silver APMEX Rounds, 1/10 oz GAE, GML and GPhils. I'm sure we will have some other cool things coming up over the next few months... stay tuned.... |

| I dunno, that discount code to me was more of a joke for the 'discount' it offered. |
