I usually listen to music while I sort and i find myself sorting at a faster rate.
What do you do?

| watch the ryedale for jams, Which i have not had many of but it can turn into a mess if your not careful. I should try listening to music but i have not yet, b/c i do hand sort zincs for varietys |

| I like to sort while I watch baseball. Honestly most of my sorting is done by my widow mother. It's like a ryedale without paying the 700 bucks. LOL |

I just try to keep up with the Ryedales. When you are running multiple machines it is hard to keep them feed. Plus watch for those jams.
I have my ear protection on and the tv and radio are off. I don't need distractions |

When I'm with out my little girl and alone I'll sit at the kitchen table and break open several rolls put them in a pile go to the fridge get a cold miller lite crack it open and enjoy this hobby, then several hours later I get online and do stupid things like buy a lot of silver and indians from members on here |

When I'm in sorting mode, all actions are penny related. Sometimes music is on, but it is usually drowned out by all the racket I'm making.

I send up hopeful thoughts that I won't be shorted in that roll and that I will find something interesting, like a wheat penny, my dream of an IH penny, or if in nickels, then an old Buffalo or War Nickel.
Then I just enjoy the moment of handling the coins and looking for the birth years for my project and the wheats and any errors I can see, etc.
It is relaxing to me.

| I have a recliner in my garage and a TV with all the sat. channels. There is also fridge stocked with beer. Fire up a stogie, pop open a Bud, switch on the Ryedale and it all comes together. |

Have ear plugs in with Ryedale going full blast and bagging the zincs as fast as I can. I didn't know there was any extra time to do something else! LOL
