That is Coin Talk. Yes it is a great place for Numimatist. There are a lot of highly informative individuals on that forum. Also, another coin forum similar is Coin People. Both are great for all type of questions on coins. Unlike the PCGS or NGC coin forums where there are lot of snobbish individuals that are actually ignorant at times.
