Makes sense to me. Democrats want to pass the Health Care Bill before the August recess; Republicans will do everything to stop the legislation.
I'd bet the budget update comes out when Congress in in recess. I'm pretty sure government revenues are way down due to the stagnant economy leading to a larger proposed deficit. |
