We could all fax over a copy and ask it be added to the bill. haha Maybe they could just shuffle it inbetween the thousand some page document. Most of them probably wouldn't even notice it since most of them haven't read it :-)

An ounce of preventive medicine is worth a pound of "free" government-run "health" care. Keep stocking up on the items above and try to stay out of the way of our health-care malpractitioners in Washington.

I found a ehower that is writing a bunch of articles on natural remedies and personal care solutions. In a crisis (widespread or personal) some of these ideas could be really useful:

If I had the space and money I would store up on dental care kits sold at my kcal loss leader dollar store. It includes a toothbrush, 'paste, dental mirror and pick. That's how I would earn my fair share. By the way I plan to take a CNA course very soon. I also plan to renew my CPR and first aide soon.

You should be able to buy individual dental items dirt-cheap at Walmart or other stores. I've got eight tubes of toothpaste at the moment, probably enough for at least two years for one person, and it cost me less than $20. I'm still looking for non-fluoride toothpaste, but have these as a backup.

Toms Of Maine makes great Flouride-free toothpaste. They also make aluminum-free deodorant though it gave me a rash so I recently started using Arm And Hammer's aluminum-free stick and it's been great.

The pain reliever Tramadol was mentioned in an earlier thread and it is what I take 3 times a day for my torn rotator cuff. It took a little while to get used to, but now I have zero side effects from the medicine and the pain is minimal. It sure beats surgery again and there is also a plus,my arthritis pain is gone. Tramadol gets 2 thumbs up in my book.

Best part about tramadol is: non-narcotic/non-habit forming analgesiac w/ no street value.

I perscribe it often following mild oral surgery.
