To think that we paid a committee a lot of money to come up with that aesthetic disaster. Monopoly money looks better than that thing. It holds it's value too, $200 will still buy you a rail road company...

Very interesting. I ordered the Road to Roota comic book from the Boston Fed (its free) a few years ago before I knew about this man's analysis of it. I thought it was the weirdest story and didn't make much sense. I wondered why the Fed would publish such an odd comic. Who knows if he is right, but very interesting to think about.

I was just talking with agressive metal about this a few days ago, I think old US money was much more regal. Now it looks like junk. Also our coinage needs some work as well.

very interesting.

there are several insightful folks who predict some sort of return to the gold standard - ex. Jim Sinclair. Rickards of Omnis as well, in fact he says a devaluation of the dollar v gold to about $5000 will make it possible to pay the national debt. FOFOA is another who predicts a once in a lifetime revaluataion of gold

Buying:
Peace/Morgan G+ at $15.00
copper cents at 1.3X
wheat pennies at 3X
