I received a 1935 C blue seal $1 silver certificate in my change after a purchase. It is pretty crumpled up and worn. Is it worth saving or should I just let it return to the wild?

Most dealers pay $1.25 on them, so its your call. I would keep it for novelty or trade it in for the 25 cents next time I was in the coin shop. 1935 is slightly better than 1957, but worn out neither really bring any premium.
