THough I've never seen meter marks on US Nickels the same way I have on Canadian nickels. Must be a different machine that got pattened up north.. Likely the inventor hated his coin collecting older brother so he secretely devised a way to thwart all the future Canadian nickel collectors.
Sorry my seplling was otrocious in this post! |

Pencilvanian...Don't become discouraged. I felt the same way as it took me close to one year of searching before I found the first one and the second came close on the heels of the first one--I guess to keep the first one company so it wouldn't be lonesome in my extremely modest gathering of special coins.
I believe that the 2005 is referred to as the American Bison or just Bison rather than a Buffalo.
Keep searching, they are out there!

| I've been just doing a few nickel it make sets and what not. I've done maybe a total of 200 and have already found 2 dateless buffs. I've only found 3 war nickels however. |

picked up 1 more dateless this week. So worn the Indian is crying. Well, at least that makes 37 for the year. I'm almost to a whole roll. |

| 1 full date 1937 tonight |
The first panacea for a mismanaged nation is inflation of the currency; second is war. Both bring a temporary (and false) prosperity; both bring a permanent ruin. But both are the refuge of political and economic opportunities. |

| I wasn't even searching for a buffalo and I found one. About once a month, I take in all the change from a charity found and sort it for the person running the fountain. The last sort scored some silver and a bunch of copper. This sort had no silver, but a lot of copper, and 1 lone buffalo. Date worn. |
