| Enough to fill three rolls, now. Nice hunting! It this rate (4-5 buffalos a week), we should have six rolls by year's end. |

Hi, I've been lurking.
I've found three Buffalos, a 23, 35 and a dateless one, all at work (I work in a movie theater). I found the 23 today in what was the funkiest coin roll I've ever seen. It was light blue and extremely yellowed. Which I had thought to save it. |

And yet another dateless wonder. I can feel the home stretch coming. I'll make a full roll this year I think. |

Spotted a darkened Nickle in the Teller's tray today. I thought it might be a War Nic, turned out to be a 1936 Buff. She was reluctant, but I bagged it! |

Whoohoo.. I finally bagged my first hide of the year tonight! I was thinking I should process a few rolls out of the bags of CWR nickels I have laying around here so I could send my buddy Nate a payment for more copper bars for the hoard. I have been working so many hours lately I have gotten way behind on my sorting. First I found a silver war nickel. The next roll had a 36 right on the end of the roll. Coin is in VG. Amazing how much joy one can get out of finding an old worn nickel. Another interesting find in the next roll. I found a 1939.. slowly I turn it over to check for a mint mark.. and there's a D!!!.. stamped right above the dome.

If your percentages are low.. just sort more. If your percentages are high.. just sort more.

| I don't usually sort nickels, so today I decide to buy a box and go through it. My first nickel box, my first roll, and I get a dateless buffalo! I also got three silver war nickels. How is that for begginers luck? I may have to spend more time on nickels. |

HCBTT.......Congrats! Being able to do the happy dance sure is fun!
BTW...I had the coin guy look at mine and he said it was a VG-8 rather than the G-4 that I had thought it would grade. That made it extra nice for me.
Continued success, everyone. |

Scored my second hide of the weekend and the year last night. A 1918-S in AG. Even though the date is really weak, it looks there is a 7 under that 8.
Doing the happy dance again!
Great first box Chris. That is just to get you hooked. |

| Just found my first Buffalo in a CWR. It is well worn and there is no date anymore. Now to finish the rest of the box. |

Haven't seen this place yet! Total buffs for the year = 16
Here's one I found a couple weeks ago. It's the nicest one I've ever seen.

Congrats on a great find Tim. That looks a heck of a lot nicer than the 36 I found.
oober.. the D mas punched in.. what was so funny was that they punched it in the place where you would normally see a mintmark on a silver war nickel. |
