Last March 14th . . . remember this? When do you think the current downswing will end? I'm thinking February '09?

Heh! Don't take it that way! Consider this lull a buying opportunity.

It is hard to see the values of our mining stock portfolios, and PM hoards drop--and it is (way too) easy to kick ourselves for not waiting to buy, but this is an outstanding buying opportunity, and when the world actually figures out what is going on with FRN's and what the bail out of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac really means, then even all the $20 silver we bought will seem cheap.

If your percentages are low.. just sort more. If your percentages are high.. just sort more.

I look at it as a blessing in disguise. It's an opportunity to load up and also to lower your average cost for your hoard. :)

Load up now while you can!

"A fair price. That's not what you say it is, and it's not what I say it is... It's what the market will bear. Now there's people - and I know 'em - who'll pay a lot more than $25,000 for a healthy baby. Why, I myself fetched $30,000 on the black market. And that was in 1954 dollars."

Anyone, name the movie and actor?

I think Raising Arizona was the pinnacle of his career But that movie with the nerve gas on Alcatraz was pretty good as well, mostly thanks to supporting cast

So, who was I quoting? Actor or character name? (RA was the pinnacle of his acting career as well).

(Note to self, stop using so many imoticons already!)

Here's a hint. The guy boxed Larry Holmes to a decision. On the tonight show, describing the fight he said (paraphrasing), I played tag with Larry Holmes, and after 15 rounds, I was it.
