$100 NF String box from 5-29-09....1 foreign ('04 Bahamas); 1 war ('44p); 2 s mints (both 1940); and 52 pre 1964 keepers, oldest were 2 1939p.

This is not very precise, but I believe I've searched through about 60 rolls of nickels.

War Nickels: 7

Pre 1964 (non-silver) Nickels: 53

Buffalo Nickels: 0

Last Thersday I bought anothe 20 bricks of nickels but I never check them out for anythis but simply put them away because I know that someday a simple nickel will be more valuable than a $100.00 dollar bill......right now I hold around 80 bricks in nickels, 60 from the bank and nother 20 with the loose change that I have been saving for the past 32 years.

Handsorted 30 Rolls out full box of 50 from HSBC. 29 are CWR with various account #s on them. 1 roll in branch wrapped in HSBC flat paper.

Dump Back (steel and CuNi) 926 coins (77.17%)
Pure Ni: 253 coins + multisided also pure Ni: 1X1955 1X1960 (21.25%)
US: 16 (seems lower then usual) 1.33%
looks like 3 short: 0.25%
1200 coins total


Not sorted yet: 10 in Branch wrapped and 10 CWR.

Pure Ni: 72 + 2 multisided 1x1955 1x1961 = 15.42%

$100 NF String box...4 Canadian ('85, '88, '98(x2)); 2 other foreign- Greece 1 Drachma ('62), UK new penny ('71); 2 war ('44p, '45s); 1 s mint ('49); 64 pre 1964, oldest 1940 (x2). All in all, not a bad box....

Out of town on business this week. 1st box had 26 pre 1960 keepers- 1 1937 full date Buffalo in fantastic condition (nicest buffalo in my herd) and 1 S mint.
