Not a good day at all...
Blew a tire in my truck going to some banks and had to change it on the side of a highway, only to get skunked on $19.50 in rolls. I even got shorted a half today :(. Then, I was only able to get a single box of cents to top it all off. Not a good day. |

The Canadian dimes were not silver And the zinc penny cut down to the size of dime did get counted as a dime!!! But it took 4 tries from the reject slot before it got counted. This was on an old coin counter and may get fooled once and a while.quote:

$2000 halves:
4 40%: 1967 x 2, 1968D, 1969D
So far out of six boxes I've found a grand total of six 40% halves. Not very encouraging so far, but I'll keep at it a bit more. |

No silver for me yet this week. Didn't search much though.. too busy with the day job.
$100 face CWR dimes.. no silver, but I did get a 1 New Shekel from Isreal.. first time I have gotten one of those.
$3.50 face halves from teller tray.. all spenders.
Got a phone call from one of my other banks yesterday. They have a pile of coins for me to pick up in the morning. |
