Asked a bank for halves and the teller brought $180 in rolls from the back. They were laid out in a small shoe box. I had brought a bank bag with me, but when I noticed she counted the rolls without taking them out of the box I offered to take the box off her hands too. When I got home and took the rolls out there were 2 64's and 2 40%'s laying loose under the rolls. Free silver, did't even have to pay face for them.
I could only think of 2 possibilities here: a teller that silver searches and was hiding the "finds" in the bottom of the box or maybe a silver sorter who got sloppy and accidently left the coins in the box and then stacked return rolls on top. The rolls themselves had no silvers.
Either way you are a winner. Was there any other silver in the rolls?

"If you love wealth more than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, depart from us in peace. We ask not your council or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you. May your chains rest lightly upon you and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen." - Samuel Adams
