I agree with the idea that too much of anything is a poison. That goes for natural, healthy foods that can cause obesity or bathroom problems if eaten in large doses.

For an example, the sweetener saccharin ("Sweet & Low") was salt-based and had been around since the 1800s. So in the late 1970s they came out with this rigged study where they fed rats the equivalent of hundreds of cups of soda just so the FDA could ban it and push aspartame ("NutraSweet"/"Equal"). Then Congress knew it was a joke so they "compromised" and slapped a warning label on it, which was pulled two decades later for its obvious stupidity, AFTER all the damage it did. Now they're doing the same thing with sucralose ("Splenda") by pushing sugar with "natural" chlorine in it.

Zinc is certainly poison. The money has gone from medicine to poison across the entire planet. The money has been debased in step with the debasement of the culture, and now the majority of the people don't know what's good for them unless they are told by an expert, and what's more they couldn't care less because they are themselves debased.

I don't roll the zincs, only coppers!

And in my business, selling zincs is 100% poison! It'll kill off the business quick.

I was wanting one of those rolling machines!

I prefer to roll my own.

Ok maybe its not that funny but at my age there is not a lot of chances to make a dime bag joke!

Do you roll your own? Or is it a loose dime bag?

Talk about uncanny timing...right after reading your comment, my cat started coughing up a hairball. At least it looks like a hairball. From a distance. Not gonna get close enough to see if it's zinc.

Everything is potentially toxic, it's just a matter of the dose. ie water toxicity

I know with pet dogs and cats, the veterinarians are much more concerned if they swallow a zinc penny than a copper one.

I'm sure if you type "zinc toxicity" into your search, you'll find plenty of information. You can even calculate how many pennies you'll need to eat to be lethal 50% of the time.
