I just bumped into an old poll about what level J6P would start pulling copper. It got me to thinking what will the price of individual (common) wheaties go to when all the copper is gone? I think the great majority will have wound up being melted thereby decimating the supply. So I was thinking along the lines of .25 each, but I'd like to check my thinking against people who might have better ideas. Please let me know WHY you think your guesstimate is correct.
I'm starting at .10 because we can all get .05 now.
Thanks!

If you can get decent bags for $200 each I would be stopping doing the coppers and be sorting wheats with all your free time.

I think that after 2009, we will see a price jump for wheaties because of the new designs. I can get unsearched for 4 cents and searched for 3 cents. I would be happy if I could get 10 cents for my wheaties. Nice profit there.

I would doubt they would ever go over a dime unless the price of copper went waaaaaay up

i said $.75 because then i think they would go the way of the Indian head which are at least .75 ea. Taking inflation into consideration they may be more like $2.00 each.
