Posted - 05/11/2008 : 13:43:25 Hello,
I just started getting into hoarding coins. What is the best way to acquire the pennies for sorting? I assume the bank. Can one order and or purchase in bulk from the bank or other vendors?
I stopped by the bank and asked for $25.00 in pennies and it seemed difficult for them to round up that many.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks!
David

Posted - 05/12/2008 : 10:16:50 some banks have a teller window labeled 'commercial' specifically for customers who pick up large quantities of coins for their businesses. you can just walk up to that window and ask. but go to a bank where they wont recognize you... |
